Weekly Saturday Movement Classes- 60 minutes
Join our live, online, group Saturday classes designed to heal chronic and acute pain and tension, align your posture, and strengthen your body through simple and potent movements. Expert guidance for each move awakens your awareness and rewires your habitual movement patterns for increased ability and vitality. Each class is unique and addresses the body as a whole. All levels and abilities are welcome. First class is free.
